This painting was finished a few days before I learned my father died back in November. The sketch I’d thought was going in the trash, but I forced myself to follow through with it. I hope one day to understand what it means.

All Seeing
Paper collage. I was trying out a different layout and coloring technique. Didn’t turn out as planned, but I still like it.
The Piercing Eye
I used a circle piece of card board from a package for painting and used shards of some flawed custom CDs that I never threw out due to the image I’d put on them. I saw another life for those shards and a few found a place in this piece.
